How can I get a 6 pack without a major workout?
Well, in order to get your 6 packs, you must first determine if you are in one of these categories:
1) You are overweight and have a belly
2) Skinny and have really little muscle
3) You are in an acceptable body weight range.
If you are in 1) the first thing to do is to really lose those weight. Cos any trainer will tell you that no matter how hard you train those abs muscles, you will still see nothing if those fats on top of it aren't disappearing. So first thing here is to lose your stomach fats.
If you are in 2) I recommend you to bulk up more by eating more high-protein food. Your workout should be focused on building your muscle mass and try not to do too much cardio here.
